12 oz. Whole Wheat Pasta12 oz. Frozen Shrimp, thawed3/4 tsp paprika1 Can No Salt Added Tomatoes1 Can No Salt Added White Kidney Beans (Cannellini)1 Can Diced Green Peppers1/2 cup fresh parsley diced or 3 Tbsp dried parsley1 Tbsp minced garlicOptional: 1/2 tsp red pepper
1. Heat water, cook spaghetti. Retain 3/4 cup of the liquid.
2. In bowl, mix thawed shrimp with paprika thoroughly, set aside.
3. Heat oil in skillet, and beans and garlic, cook until garlic is lightly browned. Add tomatoes and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cook about two minutes, add shrimp and parsley, cook until heated through.
4. Drain pasta, return to pot. Add shrimp mixture and reserved liquid and toss.
Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings
