Ingredients
21 Seedless green grapes1 small slice mango....peeled, seeded & chunked1 small slice Papya.... peeled and seeded1 apple ....... cored and cubed (do not peel)1 Persian Cucumber..... remove stem end and chunk6 0z. good quality coconut water1/2 C. Almond milk .......original unsweetened2 Tbs. Flaxseed Meal (any good quality flaxseed meal)
Directions
No cooking required. Add ingredients in the order given to blender container....cover. Blend on high until well blended; about 30 to 60 seconds. Pour into large glass or mug. Enjoy.
