Fish Chowder (Cod fish)

Ingredients
3/4 lb cod 3 cloves garlic4 large baby carrots or 1 reg carrot, diced1 large red pepper, diced1/2 cup diced celery1/2 cup diced onions1/2 tbsp olive oil1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes2 cups water
Directions
Saute veggies for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bring to simmer. Cook for 45 minutes, or until veggies are softened.

Serving Size: Makes 4 good size servings @ 176 calories each
