Amazing Tuna Melt

Ingredients
1 7oz can albacore tuna in water2 tls mayonnaise 1 md stalk of chopped raw celery2 tbs chopped raw onion1 slice American cheese1 tbs canola oil
Directions
1) use a flat griddle heated to 400*
2) mix together drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery and onion
3) coat griddle with canola oil
4) cook tuna mixture for about 5 minutes turning a few times allow to brown slightly
5) add slice of cheese chopping with spatula to mix through out cook about a minute

Serving Size: makes 3 servings
