3-C flour3-tsp baking powder1/2-tsp baking soda1/2-tsp salt1-C cold butter or margarine(2 sticks) 1-egg1-C vanilla yogurt1/2- tsp vanilla extract2-tsp milksugar.
Heat oven to 425*.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the egg, yogurt and vanills just until combined. Will be stiff. Turn onto a floured surface. knead 6-8 times.
Roll into a 9 inch circle. Place onto a ungreased cookie sheet. (preferably without sides) Using a pizza wheel cut into16 wedges. Brush tops with milk. sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 425* for 12-15 min or golden brown. serve warm.
