Baked Spring Flounder

2 (6-oz) frozen flounder fillets, thawed2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, plus 2 sprigs¼ teaspoon sea salt¼ teaspoon pepper¼ cup dry white wine½ lemon, thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pat fish dry. Coat
with olive oil; sprinkle with chopped dill. Season
with salt and pepper. Place fish in a small
baking dish. Pour wine around fish in dish.
Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a
fork. Remove fish with large metal spatula.
Garnish with dill sprigs and lemon slices.
