1 Cup Butter1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed2 Eggs, large2 Cups White all purpose flour1 tsp Salt1 tsp Baking Powder2 tsp Vanilla3 cups total of whichever mix you made:Oatmeal, Raisins, Currants, Chocolate Chips, Bran, Coconut, Nuts, Sesame seeds, Wheat Germ**I used 1/2 cup each of Oatmeal, Raisins, Currants, Carob Chips, Oat Bran, unsweetened shredded coconut.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, flout, salt, baking powder, vanilla.
Stir in granola gradually.
Form into balls, press with fork on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes
