shrimp linguine

Ingredients
1 anchovy1 clove garlic sliced very thin6 cherry tomatoes halved1 tsp EVOdash chili flakes100 g shrimp or mussels85grms linguine
Directions
boil water for pasta
add pasta
heat medium pan
add anchovy, garlic and oil. stir until anchovy dissolves
add tomatoes, squishing as you add to pan
add shrimp and chili flakes to pan
add pasta to pan with a little water. toss and serve
