Chinese brocoli w/ Oyster sauce (Gai Lan)

2 cups chinese brocoli1 tbsp sunflower oil2 tbsp oyster sauce1 tsp salt1 tsp sugarwater for boiling
Makes 2 servings
Chop your bunch of chinese brocoli roughly down the middle, separates the leaf from the stalk (not exact)
Bring a pot of water to the boil, add sunflower oil, salt and sugar, ensure the water is still boiling before adding chinese brocoli. Boil brocoli for about 4-5 minutes until tender
Remove from boiling water and drain.
Place on dish and put oyster sauce over the top of brocoli.
Serve with rice.
