2 cups grated carrot1/2 cup prune puree (I use baby food)1/2 crushed pineapple1 cup flour1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup brown sugar2 egg whites1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt

Mix and Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
