Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
Canned Pink Salmon, plus 1/2 C. water from the can 2 medium oinions, chopped3 medium carrots coursely grated3 gees, 1/3 C. flour1/2 t. garlic powder1/2 t. pepper 2 t. dill weed2 t. parsley or 1/4 C. chopped fresh
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spray pan and press mixture into it, firmly.
Bake in a 350 degree, preheated oven for one hour.
