Ground Turkey Zuccini Italian Cassrole

Ingredients
Ground turkey, 93% lean, 12 oz Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup Tomato Sauce, 1 cup Zuccini Squash sliced, 1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1.25 cup
Directions
Brown ground turkey with onions, garlic salt, pepper a small amount of ground oregano. Stir in tomato sauce and the can of diced tomatoes. Add ground garlic, oregano leaves, basil leaves, parsley and some Italian Seasoning. Add .5 cup of cheese, mushrooms and zuccini simmer for about 10 minutes. Transfer to casserole dish. Cook at 325 for 30 minutes. Serve
