Vegan Granola Bars

Ingredients
1-2/3 c oats1/3 c brown sugar1/3 c oat flour1/4 c flax meal1/2t salt1/4 t cinnamon1/2 c dried fruit (I used dried cherries)1/2 nuts (I used walnuts)1/3 c tahini1t vanilla1/3 c olive oil1/4 c agave nectar1T water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
combine all dry ingredients in bowl
to make oat flour put 1/3 c oats in food processor and blend; add to dry ingredients
combine all wet ingredients in bowl
add to dry ingredients and mix well
press into pan (I use lg cake pan)
bake for 30-40 minutes in a 350 degree oven
serves 12
