Paleo Zuchinni Pear Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups almond flour1/3 cup coconut flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1/8 tsp allspice1/4 tsp sea salt2 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup melted coconut oil4 tbs raw honey4 egg whites 1 cup grated zuchinni (water squeezed out)1 cup chopped pear
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients, except zuchinni and pear, and stir until well combined. Add zuchinni and pear nd stir gently until just incorporated. Spoon into lined muffin tins sprayed with coconut oil cooking spray. Bake for 35 minutes at 325 for full-size muffins, 20-25 minute for mini muffins

Serving Size: Makes 12 good sized muffins, or 24 mini muffins
