DH's Muffin Tin Meatloaf

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 375*In a blender or food processor, grind 3/4 cup oatmeal into powder.Mix:2 lbs lean ground beef, raw1 pkt liptons onion soup mix, dry1/2 cup ketchup3/4 cup ground oatmeal2 fresh eggs, beaten1 tsp Frank's Red Hot Sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients very well. Pack firmly into muffin tins, do not overfill.
