Directions
Braise onion, add potatoes with tumeric and salt. Cook for 5 minutes then add 1 cup of water. Cook for another 10 minutes then add hard boiled eggs. Cook or further 15 minutes or till potatoes are fully cooked. Server with Rice or Roti or Naan
