Homemade Peanut Butter

Ingredients
7 cups Raw Peanut1/2 cup Oil, peanut is supposed to best, but canola works just fine.Kosher salt to taste, though leave it out if you like.
Directions
Roast raw peanuts in the oven at about 400 degrees, making sure they don't burn. I've also roasted them on my gas grill outside when it's been hot out.

When the peanuts are roasted, grind up in food processor with oil and salt until smooth. I usually do it in 2 or 3 batches. I pack mine in mason jars with lids I've already used that I can't can with anymore. They keep in the fridge for months.

Serving Size: Makes 64 2 tbsp servings.
