Oatmeal Raisin Protein Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup Applesauce1/4 cup Oil3/4 cup Brown Sugar2 Eggs1 tsp Vanilla1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp Baking Soda1 tbsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Salt2 cups Oats1 cup Soya Granules1 cup Raisins
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat applesauce, oil, and sugars on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Add oats, Soya Granules and raisins; mix well.

Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheets (15 cookies).

Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Store tightly covered.
