3oz grilled chicken breasttsb Seasoning1/2 cup Peppers1/2 cup Onion1/2 tbls EVOO1 Locarb Whole grain Tortilla 1 gram Light Mozerrella Cheese.Can use what ever veggies / spices you have Great for a left overs Do over.
Directions
Main Time is Grilling your chicken,
Cut Chicken in Strips
Grill with Seasoning

Cut up Peppers and Onion

Sautee Peppers and Onion in light EVOO

Remove from pan,
In same pan Place Tortilla
Add Ingredients and Light Mozerrella Cheese.
Fold over
Heat till cheese is melted

Can use what ever veggies / spices you have
Great for a left overs Do over.
