Ingredients
Directions
1 can Tuna in water (approx. 10 oz. / 300 gr drained)light mayonnaise (approx. 3 oz. / 90 gr)1 large onion1 lemon's juicefresh parsleysaltpepper
It's so easy!
Peel the onion and cut it and the parsley into small pieces (I use the mixer, it becomes a pulp). Stir it together with the drained tuna and the mayo, squeeze in a lemon's juice (you can start by adding just half if you're afraid it might be too much), add salt and pepper and stir it until it's even.
Spread it on bread, rice cakes, it's delicious. Goes really well with avocado!
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings (3.5 oz. / 100 gr each)
