Simple fat-free Granola

2 c oatmeal (old fashioned, not quick cooking)1/2 c. Honey (local is best)Optional ingredients (add any, all or none of these):SaltCinnamonNuts (any kind)Nut butter (any kind)Pumpkin seedsSesame seedsFlax seeds, groundRaisinsCurrantsFigs
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Mix oatmeal and honey
3. Add any or all of the optional ingredients and mix well.
4. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
5. Spread mixture onto parchment paper.
6. Bake 30 minutes.
