Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth2 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp honey1 tbsp vinegar1 tbsp olive oil1 1/2 tsp low sodium ketchup1/4 tsp garlic powder1 tsp cornstarch1 tsp cold water
Directions
1. Heat chicken broth, lemon juice, honey, vinegar, oil, ketchup and garlic powder to boiling in a small saucepan.

2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine cornstarch and water; stir into broth mixture.

3. Heat mixture to boiling, stirring constantly. Cover and refrigerate.
