Hemp Seed Pesto (Raw)

Ingredients
Directions
* Basil, 1 bunch * Cilantro, 1 bunch (or just use more basil if you prefer - cilantro is a great chelator, or remover of heavy metals, and this is a great way to eat it!) * Extra Virgin, cold-pressed Olive Oil, 1/2 cup * Fresh Squeezed Lemon juice, 2 tbsp * Sea Salt, 0.5 tsp * Garlic, 3 cloves (or more to taste) * Hemp Seeds, 3/4 cup
Put everything together in a blender or food processor, except the hemp seeds. Gently pulse, scraping down sides with spatula if necessary. When that is a nice consistency, add the hemp seeds. Blend very lightly just to mix them in, leaving them as intact as possible. Gives nice "parmesan"-like texture.
I estimate this comes out to be approximately 2 cups worth of pesto, (based roughly on memory, as we ate it pretty darn quick!), so I'm dividing the recipe into 16, 2 Tablespoon servings.
