About 1/4 bag of any stir fry veggie blendAbout 3 ozs of cooked shrimp shelledAdd lean organic or regular sausage1/2 cup of tomato sauce1 cube of vegetable bouillon1 tablespoon of Goya Sazon or fresh cilantroAdd to taste your favorite hot sauceAdd a little olive oil or butterPut all these ingredients in one pot Sauté to the consistency of a soup or a stewI added some chopped garlic and green olives too.
