1/2 cup old fashioned 5 minute oats1 cup waterdash ground cinnamon1/2 scoop Pure Protein Whey Protein (Vanilla Cream)1/3 cup water1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)1 tbsp honey
1) rinse 1/2 cup blueberries (thaw frozen)
2) add 1 cup water and 1/2 cups old fashioned oats to small saucepan
3) add dash cinnamon and bring to a boil
4) while wating to come to a boil, add 1/3 cup water and 1/2 scoop protein powder to a wide-mouthed glass or coffee mug and whisk until smooth
5) gently boil oats for 5 minutes, adding the protein powder mixture during the last minute of cooking
6) pour into bowl, stir 1 tbsp honey and 1/2 cup blueberries
