Raspberry Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 cups almond flour2 scoops protein powder (I used unflavored)2 eggs1/4 cup honey1/4 cup coconut oil, softened1 tbsp. vanilla1 tsp apple cider vinegar1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries1 cup chocolate chunks (could use chips)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Line cupcake pan with liners - you will want to do this. Combine all ingredients except raspberries & chocolate chunks. Gently fold them in after batter is combined. Fill each liner about half full. Cook for 15 minutes turning halfway to make sure they are cooked evenly.
