Pigskin Cheese Ball (Bacon-Ranch Cheese Ball)

1 tbsp dried parsley2 tsp dried chives1 tsp garlic powder1⁄2 tsp dry mustard1⁄4 tsp dill 1/2 teaspoon black pepper1 packages (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese1 1/2 cups reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 1/2 cup sliced almonds 1 roasted red pepper, sliced into strips
Combine all herbs and spices in a large bowl.
Mix in the cream cheese, then gently fold in the bacon and Cheddar cheese.
Shape into two footballs, then gently roll in the almonds.
Arrange the strips of roasted red pepper on the cheese balls to resemble laces on a football. Trim them if necessary.
Refrigerate for an hour.
Serve with whole-wheat cracker or vegetables.
