Ingredients
150g Whole Wheat Flour3 TS Oats2 medium carrots, grated4 TS Pumpkin Mash (I used Jam I had made before)100g sugar3 TS Oil100ml Soy Milk
Directions
mix dry ingredients, add grated carrots, add oil, milk and jam and stir well. fill in muffin molds and bake for 35 min
