Spicy Beef Wrap

1 lb. top sirloin1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder2 tsp. dried oregano1 tsp. ground cumin6 rf 8" flour tortillas1 c. ff sour cream6 c. shredded lettuce1 tbsp. horseradish1/2 lg. red onion1 lg. tomato, diced
Heat broiler or grill. Combine chili powder, cumin and oregan. Rub over sirloin on both sides and let sit for 15 minutes at room temp. Grill to desired doneness and let sit for for 15 minutes. Slice steak across grain on diagonal. Warm tortillas in micro. Combine sour cream and horseradish. Spread 3 tbsp. of mixture on each tortilla. Top each w/1 c. lettuce and sprinkle w/tomato and onion. Divide beef into equal portions and top each tortilla with beef. Fold and serve. Serves 6.
