Grilled Catfish w/ Black Bean Relish

4 catfish fillets1/2 t garlic salt1/4 c chopped onions1/4 c chopped celery1/4 c chopped carrots3 cloves garlic minced2 jalapeno peppers chopped2 T butter1 can 15 oz black beans undrained1/4 c diced ham1/4 chopped cilantro or parsley1/2 t salt
sprinkle fillets w/ garlic salt & pepper. Place in well-oiled basket or on grill rack. Grill uncovered over mediu hot cals about 5 min/side or until fish flackes easily.
In a medium sauce pan cook onion, celery, carrot, garlic and j. peppers in butter until onion is tender. Stir in black beans, ham, parsley and salt.
Bring to a boil: reduce heat. simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until desired consistency.
Spoon relish over fillets to serve.
