Chicken taco/burrito meat

Ingredients
1 pound cubed (1.5") chicken breast (99% fat free preferred)1 can 99% FF chicken broth (apx14.5 oz)1 4 oz can diced green chills (I use hot Hatch brand)i small onion, diced small1/4 C diced bell pepper (I use red)Taco seasoning blend. I use a saltless mix. 2t to 2T
Directions
Place all ingredients in covered skillet or saucepan. Bring to near boil and reduce heat to simmer. Cook 30 minutes. Turn up heat to cook off any remaining liquid.

Serving Size: makes enough for 8 tacos
