Cinnamon Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup AP flour1 TBS Baking Powder1/8 tsp salt1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed1 egg3/4 Cup Silk Vanilla Soymilk3 TBS Canola oil2 tsp cinnamon1 Cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Directions
Oven at 375 F.
Line muffin tin.
In medium bowl beat together first 8 ingredients until smooth. fold in blueberries. Divide amongst 8 muffin cups.
Bake 25 minutes or until cake test comes out clean.
