6 oz broccoli slaw2 cups bean sprouts1/4 jalapeno pepper1 tbsp apple cider vinegar2 tsp sesame oil3 tbsp chopped cilantro1.5 tbsp soy sauce8 oz steak8 rice paper wrapssalt and pepper to taste
Combine all the vegetables and liquids in a bowl and set aside. Cook the steak in a pan, evenly on both sides. Stir the ingredients in the bowl every few minutes so the flavors combine. When the steak is cooked thoroughly slice in thinly against the grain. To prepare the rolls soak one rice paper at a time in hot water. Lay the paper out on a plate and add 2 strips of steak and approx 2 tablespoons of veggie mix to the center. Roll each side of the wrap toward the center then roll from the front to the back (like a burrito). Set aside and start the next wrap.
