Salad in a Pocket

Ingredients
1 pita bread (I use Food For Life 7 grain)3 Romaine leaves 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves1/4 cup cucumber slices2-3 thin onion slices 1 teaspoon organic yellow mustard
Directions
Warm pita if you wish and split top edge. Spread mustard inside then stuff with desired veggies.

Season with salt and pepper if desired.
Sliced cheese can be added also. In place of the mustard, a teaspoon of garlic oil can be drizzled over veggies after stuffing pita if desired. Just allow for the extra calories.
