Ingredients
Directions
Classico spaghetti sauce, 1% milk, egg, bread crumbs, yellow onion, half each ground pork and lean ground beef, (salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste)
Saute onions in olive oil or butter, with garlic to taste. Mix all ingredients together, using about 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce in the mixture and saving the rest. I make the loaf wider and flatter so it cooks faster, and put it in a small baking dish (about 7X11) leaving about an inch on all sides of the meatloaf. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder over the top (if desired.) Pour the rest of the spaghetti sauce on the top, so it's fully covered but not drowning in it. Bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes.
