Quick Breakfast Cream

Ingredients
1/2 c yogurt1 tsp safflower oil1 tsp honey2 tbsp orange juice2 tsp ground almonds2 tbsp ground shredded wheat cereal (0 sugar)
Directions
After measuring out yogurt, mix in the oil well. Then mix in honey well. Mix in orange juice well. Mix in dry and enjoy!
