Veggie Quiche

Ingredients
Directions
1 pkg chopped spinach1 pkg chopped broccoli1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese3/4 skim milk2 eggs1/4 cup Italian bread crumbsPillsbury pie crust.
Place pie crust into pie plate and fork the bottom of plate, bake at 400 degree oven for 10 min.
In the mean time:
defrost frozen broccoli and spinach ( I cut up some pieces of the broccoli to make them smaller)
Add the rest of ingrediants and mix it up.
Place in to baked pie plate and place in 350 degree oven for about 40 min.
Serving Size: makes 8 pie servings
