Egg free blueberry pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup wheat flour1 Tablespoon white sugar2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 cup skim milk1 Tablespoon vegetable oil1 Tablespoon water1 Tablespoon vanilla extract1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions
Whisk together dry ingredients. In separate container, mix wet ingredients - except blueberries. Whisk wet mixture into dry mixture until combined. Do not over mix. Let batter sit for a few minutes. Ladle mix into frying pan on medium heat. Add blueberries by hand to ensure even distribution. Turn over when bubbles form on the surface and edges are dry.
