Chicken and Chinese Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chopped celery1 small onion, chopped 1 cup carrot shreds1 cup chopped green bell pepper1 4-oz can sliced mushrooms1/2 cup slivered almonds1/4 cup chopped pimiento1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can cream of chicken soup1 small can evaporated milk1 teaspoon crushed red pepper1 1/2 Tablespoons light soy sauce2 cups chopped cooked chicken3 cups chow mein noodles
Directions
In a medium frying pan, sauté the veggies in a small amount of water for a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Put mixture in a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
