Tuna White Salad

1 5-oz can light tuna (50-cal per serving)2 hard boiled egg whites, 1/4" dice (feed yolk to dog or husband)3 tbsp. onions, white or green, finely chopped 1 celery stalk, finely chopped 1 small dill pickle, finely chopped3 tbsp. light mayo (35-cal per tbsp.)1/2 tsp. oregano or other herbVinegar or pickle juice to tasteSalt, and pepper to taste
Combine tuna, egg whites, onion, celery, pickle, mayo, and oregano (or other herbs). Add vinegar or pickle juice to make desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Chill well (or don't but it generally tastes better after a couple of hours in the refrigerator).
