Chocolate and Coconut Slice

Ingredients
3 Weetbix biscuits (crushed)1 cup coconut1/2 cup caster sugar1 cup self raising flour2 Tablespoons cocoa150g butter1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions
serves approx 20
depending how big or small you cut your slice

Break up weetbix and add coconut, sugar, flour and cocoa. Mix.

Melt butter and vanilla and add to dry ingredients
Mix well.

Place into prepared slice baking tin and press down.

Bake for 15 mins at 180 * celcius

Optional - chocolate glazing
stir 1 cup icing sugar, 1 Tablespoon cocoa and 2 Tablespoons of hot water. Stir well and ice the slice while warm.

Cut into squares
