2 tins water-packed tuna, drained2 eggs1/4 C. pitted drained black olives, chopped coarsely1/4 C. grated parmesan2 green onions, chopped1/4 C oat branspray grapeseed oil
Mix together tuna, egg olives, Parmesan, green onion and oat bran. Shape into 8 patties. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
In a large non-stick skillet on medium, heat the oil and cook the patties for about 2 - 3 minutes each side, until browned. Reserve on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
