Accidental Tuna Salad

Ingredients
5oz Tuna in water1 ring bell pepper1/2 tsp onion(powder or dried acceptable) 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce2 tbsp fat free ranch
Directions
Sautee bellpepper and onion until soft
Add tuna, cook until slightly browned
Add Worcestershire sauce while on heat, cook 1 min
Take off heat, mix in dressing
