Tart Cherry Chocolate Chip Muffins - GF, No eggs

Ingredients
2 TBS Ground Flax2 TBS Ground Chia 4 tsp Ground Hemp powder4 cup Pamela's Baking Mix GF2/3 cup maple syrup2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 dark chocolate chips1/2 dried tart cherriesWater
Directions
Perheat oven 350 F. Lightly grease muffin pan with vegan spread. We use Earth Balance Olive Oil Spread.

Soak ground seeds in 6 ounces plus 6 TBS of warm water for 10 minutes.

Mix all ingredients. Add seeds. Add chocolate chips and cherries.

Pour into greased muffin pan almost to top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Cool. Enjoy!
