Ingredients:Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing, 2 Tbsp, 2 tbsp (remove)*chopped garlic, .25 tsp (remove)Ginger, ground, .25 tsp (remove)Coho Salmon, 4 oz (remove)*Birds Eye Asian Stir-Fry Vegetable Blend, 3 cup (remove)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay a large piece of heavy-duty foil on a baking sheet and spray with nonstsick spray. In a wide-bottomed pan or bowl, mix dressing, garlic and ginger. Add salmon and flip to coat both sides. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes. Place vegetables on the center of the foil and top with salmon. Drizzle with remaining marinade and cover with another large piece of foil. Fold together and seal all four edges of the foil pieces, forming a well-sealed packet. Bake for 30 minutes.
