Ingredients
Mix garlic powder, onion powder, Pepper and flour on pie tin for dredging. Mix Panko, Paprika and red peper in another pie tin. Combine eggs and juice of 1 lemon in bowl.Cut fillets in half. Pat dry with a paper towel. Dredge through flour mixture. Then Egg Mixture then Panko Mixture. Place on a cookie sheet (I use either parchment paper or a silicon baking sheet). Spray with cooking pray (Pam).
Directions
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes flipping half way though cooking.
