Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove) *Brown linseed, 50 gram(s) (remove) Pumpkin Seeds, 50 grams (remove) Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 50 grams (remove) Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove) *Hemp Protein Powder, 2 tbsp (remove) *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Put linseed in water for an hour, mix the rest of the seeds, carrot and egg. Combine eveything together, addd hemp if you want. I put some sesame on the top aswell. Heat the oven to 180°C and bake for 20 min.
