1 can salmon, Starkist or any other brand1/4 cup onion, cooked or fresh2 tbsp bread crumbs3 tbsp Egg beaters or 1 large egg1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

in skillet with 1tsp olive oil or spray oil to coat; cook on each side until brown. approx. 6 minutes total
