Breakfast Egg Roll Up

Ingredients
1 EggDash saltDash Garlic powder1 slice nitrate-free Ham (Hormel Natural Choice).5 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Beat 1 egg with dash of salt and garlic powder
Pour into 8" skillet and tilt pan to spread evenly
Let the egg cook until very little liquid is left, then turn.
Finish cooking and slide egg onto plate.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar on half of the egg.
Warm ham slice in skillet for 1 minute, turning.
Put ham on top of cheese, then carefully roll.
