3. Coat potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and flour. Toss gently.

I love oven roasted potatoes! I usually cut mine into quarters so there is more crunchy skin per bite. Thank you for sharing your recipe. - 10/6/13

Delicious! This super easy recipe was enjoyed by my whole family. I skipped the flour. I also put some apsaragus in to roast on the other side of the pan at the 13 minute mark, and they both came out just right. - 1/14/10

I didn't have any onion powder, so I substituted with fresh onions. They turned out fantastic! - 8/30/09

this was delicious! My husband even commented on them. the challenge is going to be eating just 1 serving. My potatoes were a little big so I quatered them. I think next time I will use a little less salt. I think they will still taste great. - 9/29/13

Very good! You absolutely do not need 2 tbs of olive oil. I put all the potatoes in a ziplock bag and shook them. I thought it was a bit salty , but my Hubby really liked them. Thanks!!! - 2/6/12

Very tasty! I needed to add more spices for my tastebuds. Probably would have been good with real onions and garlic instead of the powder. - 10/27/10

I made these last week following the recipe exactly (except I omitted the flour). They were burnt to a crisp. So either the oven temperature is too high or the cooking time is too long. I will attempt this recipe again but will either reduce the oven temp or reduce the cooking time. Fingers crossed. - 8/5/14

I roast baby red potatoes like this quite often. I also like to add in fresh rosemary which adds a lot of flavor with virtually no more added calories. - 12/27/13

It's a good thing you said you could omit the flour as I was wondering what the heck 1 T of four was! :) - 9/28/13

My husband and I liked these. I did not have onion powder so I used a tbsp of onion flakes. I also thought they wear a little peppery, so next time I make them I will cut the amount of pepper in half. - 10/8/14

These are good, but way too spicy and hot to suit me. I created a makeover deleting the onion powder and using onion salt. However, I also reduced the amount of onion salt to 1 T., garlic powder to 1 T., and pepper to 1/2 tsp. Either that, or increase the amount of potatoes to 2 lbs. - 6/8/14

I love roasted veggies! Instead of oil, I use olive oil cooking spray! It has NO CALORIES! Just spray on cut veggies, season, and bake For seasoning, I absolutely love McCormick Grill Mates Roasted Garlic & Herb! - 5/25/20

Great "oven fries" that pair well with a number of meat dishes. I've made them several times using red potatoes, as well as my preferred variety, Yukon Gold. Remember to slice even wedges so they will cook evenly! - 3/19/16

Made these potatoes with the garlic brown sugar chicken I also found on here and my whole family loved it. I left out the flour and didn't use as much garlic and onion powder and they were perfect - 5/23/15

I thin sliced (1/4-1/3 inch) the potatoes, brushed w/veggie oil & sprinkled w/sea salt. I can't believe my kid Really loves your potatoes, Yay!!! I used veggie oil because I have it on hand & left out the other ingredients that just don't agree with me. I never get brave trying stuff, Thanks!!! - 12/3/14

Very good! A bit salty for my taste so I will use a little less salt next time, but there will definitely be a next time! Excellent with some roasted asparagus! - 8/10/14
